Fannie Perron is a woman of action with a big heart. For her, social responsibility is a way of life. Whether at the helm of Plan Humain, on a board of directors, or in the yoga studio, she shares her values, knowledge, and connections with boundless generosity. Fannie earned a specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in management from HEC Montréal and is trained as a coach. In her work at Plan Humain, she draws on more than 20 years of experience working with organizations large and small across many industries.

If Pierre Leroux had a brick-and-mortar office, it’d be the place where businesspeople, philanthropists, and human development experts congregate. His insatiable curiosity and knack for reading people led him to create several of the successful ventures that now make up H&Co. Day-to-day, you can find him advising everyone from startup founders to C-suite executives, usually with a coffee in hand. For Pierre, people are the heart of every good plan.
